Selçuk University Sarıcalar Agricultural Research Institute has been conducting a Subsurface Drip Irrigation Application, Infrastructure Work, and Automation System support on an 80000 square meters area. Experimental plots have been established for crops such as clover and wheat, and their productivity has been under scrutiny since 2018.
